After purchase, only changes to quantity or length of a product may be made, but only if the order has not yet shipped. You will be sent an invoice for the price difference, or a partial refund will be given, if applicable. Shipping method, addresses, etc. cannot be be changed.
Unused, unaltered and unadulterated products may be exchanged within 5 business days of receipt. Item(s) must be in original condition and packaging (no cutting, no washing/bleaching/chemical processing, etc.) . Please contact us within 5 business days to request an exchange. We will provide you with a shipping address. For your protection, we highly recommend sending in your exchanges through a trackable method with signature confirmation, and we may ask you for the tracking number. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once your items are received, inspected and verified, you will be issued a store credit.
If you choose to exchange for a product(s) of greater value, you irresponsible for the additional cost. Any promotions that have ended will not be applicable to exchanged product(s). NOTE: LACE PRODUCTS (frontals, closures, wigs) CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
